Joe also put together an excellent advertising campaign that included an MLS listing, premium brochures, and a high definition video showing. Soon after our home was listed, two other comparatives were listed well beyond the market value of our house. Even with the new development Joe was able to calm our fears and still helps us negotiate a sale price that was close to the listing price; all within one week of listing our house.
On purchase of the new home:
When we found the house we wanted to purchase, Joe provided us with a comprehensive list of comparatives so we could negotiate the best price possible. Following some back and forth, Joe was able to firm the price that we were happy to live with.
