I used Joe to list and sell my existing home, and help me negotiate a fair price for the new home I purchased. Throughout the process Joe was approachable, honest, and always available and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
On selling my home:
Joe provided us with suitable comparatives and gave us constructive advice on what price we should list our home to not only attract the most buyers, but to get us the best price. Prior to listing our house Joe gave us suitable advice on what upgrades were needed and helped us stage the house for showings. Joe also put together an excellent advertising campaign that included an MLS listing, premium brochures, and a high definition video showing. Soon after our home was listed, two other comparatives were listed well beyond the market value of our house. Even with the new development Joe was able to calm our fears and still helps us negotiate a sale price that was close to the listing price; all within one week of listing our house.
On purchase of the new home:
When we found the house we wanted to purchase, Joe provided us with a comprehensive list of comparatives so we could negotiate the best price possible. Following some back and forth, Joe was able to firm the price that we were happy to live with. Throughout the process Joe was responsive and addressed all our concerns professionally and courteously.
